I’m sure you’ve watched it, but I really liked jujitsu kaisen (JJK), if you want one that is super Long you could try one piece, I watched the live action and was entertained the whole time

Out of your list I have watched Apothecary Diaries (so good!!) and The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity (cute :3) I want to watch Spy x Family (but haven’t)
My Favorite Anime series is Violet Evergarden!!! (It’s kinda about Violet figuring out what the word love means by writing letters as an auto memory doll, and I like seeing all the different types of love (like a love for a child, or romantic love, or a love for a sibling) idk it’s just really interesting to me and it’s also just a bit sad :c
Then an anime I think is kinda similar to Fragrant Flower (but maybe not really? Idk) would be The Ramparts of Ice which is currently releasing episodes on Netflix, but I really like this one because it’s a bit relatable to me :’D (Tbh I really like anything that explores what humans are like and the way they think and feel Dx)
Death Note was really good, but I don’t know how much I like it Dx like it had me hooked and conflicted and it was wild. So I definitely don’t regret watching it, but man it’s kinda a weee bit dark..? But still really good!
OH ALSO MY FAVORITE ANIME, (yes another favorite) is BNA it’s like just as comforting as VE to me, but it’s a lot more lighthearted I think? Idk how to describe the shows I like without saying too much Dx
Then a couple other good ones
Frieren, Purella Magi Madoka Magica, Delicious in Dungeon, Little Witch Academia (been a while since I’ve watched it tho), The Summer Hikaru Died, Romantic Killer, and lastly (not an anime), but if you haven’t seen it, you should 100% watch Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts

For something interesting and thriller + detective, I would DEFINITELY recommend Erased. Sooo good bc the plot is very attention-grabbing. If you want romance, watch Sign of Affection. I actually read the manga (but the anime is pretty similar) and love the unusual relationship between the ml and fl. If you want action, then Dr. Stone. Its really interesting and educational (about science) as the plot is completely different from other animes.

Oh and btw, Frieren is peak, should watch it! Its a bit slow paced tho, but rlly addictive, has crazy-good soundtracks, and the character development is PEAK!

Well if you haven’t already there’s “frieren”. I had to stop watching it because it was too sad for me but I’m hoping to revisit it. There’s also “farming world in another life”. I don’t watch much animes besides spy x family and I can’t watch the newer season since theres no English dubs…
