Is it just me or is watching horror movies really fun to watch if you’re not scared. Like I’m watching IT and I’m just trying not to laugh

I absolutely HATE horror movies SO MUCH. It’s fine if you like them but I can’t handle anything remotely scary in a movie or else I won’t be able to sleep for weeks. Books however- I can read pretty much anything and sleep fine after that

I love scary movies but find them so boring. The last movie I watched that actually scared me was The Descent where a group of women go down into a cave and get attacked by cave people. I was like 12 or 13 at the time and squeazed a feather filled pillow so much that I popped it open. Now I find all scary movies boring.

The suspense always amps me up, but I never really get scared, lol. I haven’t seen too many horror movies, but for my favorite, I would have to go with The Shining. That scene in the ballroom/bar is the only one to have ever scared me!
Horror books are even better! I have read almost every Stephen King book. But it is very easy to spook me after reading a horror book.
@TheEnchantedCrafter my Dad did that too me after I read the Asylum series by Madeline Roux (great books, btw) and he ended up getting punched (lightly) in the shoulder!

For sure Pennywise is really goofy and the fact that he got beat up by a bunch of 12 year olds who made fun of him has me dying of laughter every time. Also there’s this scene where he does this weird dance and it just makes me laugh. Also I really like the X series and missery

When my mom watches horror movies, she usually like don’t care at all if smb d!es or smt.. and I just try to replicate that lol

I love horror movies, my favorite is the babysitter, and the babysitter killer queen! (its a slasher comedy). I also like the final destination series
I’ve seen all of those. I think the final destination movies made me like horror
