Please help me

I just got an email from some website called Norton Prime. It said that I have an $430.35 bill. I have no clue what it is. Has anyone else gotten the email? Please help me with this. Is it a scam or is it Legit? What even is Norton Prime?

That’s a scam. I believe Norton prime is an antivirus subscription?

I don’t know what Norton prime is. But if you didn’t buy anything from there, you could email them to figure out what happened.

Sounds scamish to me. Don’t give them anything, report as spam, and block them.

Don’t click on any links they may have sent you and delete it if you’re sure it’s a scam

100% sure it’s a scam. Look at the email address of the sender, usually it is very weird looking. Plus, they call me by my email username not my real first name.

If you can’t determine the sender email address, select Forward rather than Reply. That’s a good way to see the actual email address they are using

Check for phishing (Links etc) and if the email looks weird also, if it does, BLOCK IT!
