They need to be at least a basic user to have access to the chat

Once she is a basic user, she should see the chat bubble. It may look slightly different depending on what device she uses to access Ribblr
The community wiki should answer some questions. It actually needs some wording added to specify at what level you get to access chat.
The help center is also helpful. Definitely read the terms and conditions too. Terms and Conditions | Ribblr
