What I usually do when I price my plushies is i, first see how expensive the yarn is then sometimes kinda calculate how much yarn I used and calculate how much it would cost like that, them I add my labor thingys, how hard it was to make and yea, hope this helped!
Edit: I thought my octopuses would have sold well but they didn’t sell that well:( and also I recommend making a dolphin plushies and ted the thick frog cause those sold really well! (And I also use some other people’s patterns that says I can sell the finished makes )

Dragons, cats, and mushrooms sell well no matter the event! I usually use my own patterns or freehand makes I sell at markets, but there are few patterns that I use regularly. (However, some are in Instagram)

MINI DUCKS!! I have a pattern I sort of modified from somebody else’s (haven’t sold or put out the pattern for that purpose) that’s only like 7 rounds ish and takes 15-20 minutes to make

I’ve also done a few markets (and sold things at my sister’s school dances) and the cats sell FAST. I sold 4 $10 loaf cats with this pattern FREE Leroy the Loaf Cat no sew: Crochet pattern | Ribblr by @craftycellist within the first 10 minutes of a dance back in February.
For price ranges, I know people do hourly wages and all and price their products based on the time it takes, yarn, wtv, but I would say focus on what your target audience is. Generally cheaper prices will sell fast with (middle schoolish) kids like at the dances I do but if you’re doing a market don’t be afraid to price things a little more because of the price of yarn and the time you put into your projects, yadda yadda.
Hope this helped a little!
Edit: BEES TOO! bees are really easy as well as octopi, mushroom fidgets, other fidgets, maybe granny square coasters?? flowers too! I’ve seen like a “make a custom bouquet” thing at a market before and those are super cool
