i sadly lose track of time and stay up super late crocheting my recent project has kept me up super late :melting_face:

I sleep at 12 on average cuz my brain thinks that sleep is wasting your time and that I could do so much more if I just..you know….ate away like half of how much I’m supposed to sleep instead. Soo, it decides to go into work mode…reason why I wake up at 4am daily.. I should probably fix my sleep schedule someday

Well here’s the thing: I go to bed at like 10:30 but I stay up a little bit longer than I should reading on my phone (yes in the dark and yes my eye sight is bad) and end up actually sleeping at like 11:45-1:00ish. And then my body makes me wake up at 6:30 even though I don’t need to be awake until 7:00. This is why I’m only 5ft tall, because I don’t sleep.
