Hi! So my ribblr widget is weird, am I the only one this happened to?

I think it’s a display glitch. You can try closing the app and reopening it, but I’m afraid that won’t solve the problem. The best thing to do would be to contact @ribblr .

Do you have widgets in other apps?

If you long-press Ribblr you should see widgets there, if enabled on your device. If you don’t see it, and other apps do support it, you may need to update your app still. Try to long press the Ribblr icon, then click ‘info’ - scroll all the way down and look for the app version. If it’s not 3.10 it means you are not up to date.

It would also be helpful to understand your exact phone model and Android version - as this may be related.

The Ribblr app says it is version 3.1

You are on the latest versions but it sounds like your phone does not support widgets unfortunately :frowning:

I use an iPhone, my Ribblr app has been updated, and I have fed Ribbot after adding the widget.

I think i have an iPhone iOS update that needs to be installed (which I will do tonight), so i am hoping that will maybe fix it :upside_down_face:

to be clear - you don’t see anything? or do you see a wrong streak number?

@IMadeIt @Ladybug1583 @depressivecrying - can you explain in details what you issue seems to be? if you could also share your exact device model and operating system that would be great. We cannot reproduce the issue in the displayed photo where the widget is hidden or does not appear. Thanks!

it just displays a grey box with a small white fire icon with what i would think is a little phone icon next to it

when i click on the widget, it takes me to Ribbot’s feeding page
i personally use the iPhone 11 if that helps

i’m really sorry but I can’t do that as i have parental restrictions on my phone, and the person who approves app downloads isn’t available for a couple days :(
