Collagen is really good for hair growth. Also trimming off the dead ends often helps. I use a hair growth conditioner as well. Your hair is super pretty though!

What’s collagen

It’s a mineral. They make it in oil that you can mix into water or vitamins that you can take.

Trimming the ends off, which you said you just did, once or twice a year helps, lots of moisturizing if you have wavy hair (I have curly hair, so I’m not the best with straight/wavy hair), making sure you eat somewhat healthy (doesn’t have to be perfect or anything, just so your body doesn’t have to focus on just your health)!

Copied this from Google’s Gemini:
A diet rich in certain nutrients can promote healthy hair growth. Foods high in protein, iron, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins like A, C, D, and E are particularly beneficial. Examples include eggs, fatty fish, spinach, nuts, and berries.

(Also, 6-7 inches is quite a bit! Growing your hair takes a long time, I cut mine a few years ago and it barely is halfway down my back!)
