I have recently been looking into self help apps, and I found two that I would like to recommend to y’all!!!
As someone who procrastinates and has a hard time getting the right motivation to do stuff, as well as other problems such as not getting enough sleep and diagnosed anxiety and depression, I have tried many apps. These are the two most helpful!
App #1: Finch
This app has you choose a cute pet, and your pet helps you through the day with many things such as; mental health exercises, making a to do list, breathing exercises, journaling, sleep, and SOOOO much more!
It helps you recognize and help your emotions, which I find super helpful.
App #2: Rootd
This is an anxiety and panic attack soothing app. It has a cute character that gives you a wide variety of exercises to help cope with anxiety, panic attacks, and stress.

~Both can be found on the Play Store (not sure about app store or others, but you can check!)
