I haven’t sold at a market before, but here are some ideas:
Small turtles
Keychains
Loaf cats
Items related to the season: spring animals, chickens, Easter eggs
Swinging animals
There are so many great patterns on Ribblr for these makes!
If you are asking for design ideas, I would try to come up with something unique and new. 
You’re looking for patterns so that you can make items to sell at a Farmers Market?

I’m not sure if your asking for this but I made a turtle that is quite easy to make and fast so maybe you could sell that at your market? Feel free to check my shop! A new design is coming very shortly for testing so you could apply to test it if you want and sell it as it is also very fast to make! If you want I can tag you in the tester call?
