Shop building help

Hi!! As a beginner pattern designer, I’ve been struggling to draw attention to my patterns and tester calls. I don’t know if my patterns just aren’t good or what. I have 60 shop followers and most times I post a tester call it takes 2ish days to get 3 pattern testers. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. For those who have a successful shop, how did you do it?

In general, you have to be more active in normal things, like posts about markets, series of someone making something, maybe putting your link in the chats (ex. General chat, crochet chat, lounge chat)

yeah, i’d say just being really active. your patterns are really cute though, you deserve more recognition :]

I agree what they said above. Make sure to engage in the community for things other than just putting out testing calls. You could also send the link in the chat that way active members can see it (just don’t spam send it, just send it once)

You need to be active so people can reconize you. I also recommend writing catchy titles and all that stuff (can you tag me in your tester calls?? I may be able to test:grin:)

Try being active here! If you’ll be nice, friendly and active, ppl might follow ur profile and then they’ll get a notification abt if u post a topic. Then, it’ll get more attention! Also, having giveaways, posting links in the chats…that’s all I can help :)
