By studying the picture I can kind of see how they would be made. I also kind of want to, because they’re cute, and a bit out of spite it’s not a real pattern and it should be.
It looks like the body would be made as one piece, then you would stitch along sides a bit where the legs are to get that look. The feet could be made separately.
For the arms, those could be made separately, with part of the round getting an extra row or two for a “shoulder”.
I have made hedgehogs before, though not quite like this. Mine were on all fours, not sitting. The way I make the quills are single crochet (US)/double crochet (UK) a chain of four, then single crochet/double crochet back down that chain. The way these are attached is the back is made of back-loop only stitches, so the front loop can be used.
