Tester call for Crochet: Ivy purse

Hey y’all!! I’m back with another pattern that I need testers for. Introducing my FREE Ivy purse pattern!

This is a request made by @littlemisswonderful on the pattern wiki! Also, thanks for helping pick a name

:spiral_calendar: Due date is May 31st but not too sure yet.

I don’t mind giving an extension but please let me know ahead of time. I know Mother’s Day is this weekend so of course don’t worry about not being able to crochet! I will be celebrating as well so no rush in getting started right away.

Additional Requirements:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: NO GHOSTING!

:backhand_index_pointing_right:UPDATE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE in the gc.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: MUST create a journal once completed with clear photos and clear background. Modeled pictures would be nice but not necessary.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: Any errors or corrections that need to be made must be stated in the gc.

Yarn requirement:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: I wouldn’t recommend plush or similar due to the sts used. I used #3 lightweight yarn for this and a 4mm hook.

Also! I completely forgot, I do recommend a zipper and liner due to the holes. If you don’t want the zipper then that’s fine. You can choose your own closure but lmk what you used so i can mention it in the pattern or add it in your journal.

Comment a :purse:, your favorite color emoji, and an emoji of choice so I’ll know you read everything.

How many rows are there in total? And how long did it take you to make?

I would have to look but i can say there’s 4 panels that are joined together and then a top, and bottom to finish off the bag. Plus the strap. I’ll need to edit the post (it’s in the pattern) but i recommend zipper and lining the bag due to the holes in the sts.

My measurements came out to be about 6" w x 7½" L but this can change due to the yarn and hook size you use. Tension as well.

I can’t say how long it took because i procrastinated while making it lol

The star st panels have 13 rows, the center panels have 14 rows. Bottom has 8, and top has 7
