I like the idea, but I don’t have any spikes or chains at hand. Any recommendations for products that work well with crochet? That can be easily and safely integrated?

Good luck with testing!:growing_heart:

I use these screw-on spikes I got from amazon. I’d say they’re safe enough if you don’t use super flexible and big yarn? Like the medium/bulky chenille I used didn’t hold them too well bc the holes were too big for the spike to hold on to. All the smaller sized yarns worked well tho!
Other than that, I use stainless steel jump rings (also to attach chains), safety pins, etc. hope that helps xd

I would love to test please. I have over 90 tests and makes in my library if you want to see my work.

I would be using I Love This Cotton yarn in Burgundy with a G 4mm hook.

That’s looking good, I’ll put it on my crochet accessories wish list:+1:

omg I love this SO MUCH. would LOVE to test. this looks so fun and is totally my vibe. I would use purple, medium-ish weight (acrylic), and probably 3.5mm hook.

Oh this is so badA$$ and totally my vibe too  you only need 1 made or multiple made with different yarn types?

One per tester is good :)

I’d love if there were different kinds of yarn between testers tho!

Oh cool ! I’m gonna apply and if chosen, I wanna make multiple and will experiment with different yarn like acrylic and chenille with different hook sizes ranging from 4mm to 6mm? also i plan on making them into earrings/jewelry pieces too if thats ok with you?

Sounds good :)

I was also thinking about turning the smaller yarn ones into earrings! Sounds like a dope idea ^^

Just be careful with bigger chenille, spikes might not hold as well :')
