this is so accurate omg
i’ve always felt my brain is a foggy cloud filled w/ tons of random, abstract thoughts and a few valuable insights that come up, like, once in a lifetime. i also explain adhd meds to other ppl like some stuff that organizes them in separate and cataloged files for a couple hours (nts have a VERY difficult time understanding how the heck ritalin/amphetamines calm me down when 99% of my anxiety’s directly related to my adhd lmao)
