I dislike end weaving so much that I will actively crochet over my ends whenever possible. I will force borders on patterns that don’t need them to cover ends that I don’t want to weave in

Same! I like to make my designs to minimize the number of ends. Since most of what I publish is amigurumi at least the ends can just be hidden inside.

I do the same thing! Like, actively put in the instructions for how to minimize ends to weave in

I find weaving in ends to be fun, and kinda relaxing
I used to weave in the ends for my Momma before she became my guardian angel

Yes it is. She taught me to crochet and I dove in head first my first project was a Halloween Bed Doll. (Just happens orange and black are/were my school colors. Graduated around 25 yrs ago)
