My favorite hook size so far is 2.5mm or 5.5mm! I’m excited to try out the yarn once it’s available!! I hope you’ll have baby safe yarn too since all my upcoming projects are for a nursery!

I’m so excited! My favorite size hook is a 4mm crochet hook! It just glides through your yarn and im a huge fan of weight 3 yarn so I use it a lot :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I love to use a 4.5mm hook for Big Twist Posh and similar yarns, or 6.5mm with Bernat Blanket yarn.

I like 5 mm hooks, they are in the middle of the spectrum and can be used for many types of yarn

My favorite hook size is 1.25 for lace weight crochet and 3.5 mm knitting needles and a 2 weight for knitting!

So excited! My favorite hook is a 5mm. A standard go to no matter the yarn I’m using.

And a weigh in on the thinner vs thicker plush yarn, i definitely like the thicker. It sheds less (to none) when working with it. Think parfait chunky vs yarn bee snugs and kisses.

2.5mm for fine (2) yarn and 6mm for super bulky yarn are my main two hooks that I use :ribbot-in-love:

I make a lot of the amigurumis and I have 4 favorite hook sizes to use for that 3.5mm ,4mm ,4.5mm & 5mm

I also like making a lot of different type of crochet things so I pretty much use a variety of different hooks
