I’d almost save it for when you do have stuffing, I can think of so many adorable amigurumi with it. One of the first that comes to mind is LexaLovelyCrafts most recent pattern with the poison kitsune.
But otherwise if you really want to use it now, maybe some sort of cloak? it looks like you have a lot.
