If you want to know just look up MBTI personality quiz, it will test you and then tell you although it is a little long

Oh, I took a quiz! I don’t remember the letters but it said that I’m the protagonist and that Barack Obama is someone like me

That would be a ENTJ

Something like that, yes I remeber it ending with a ‘-T’

The -T would be turbulent and -A would mean assertive. I’m a -T to so technically IM an INFP-T

I found that mine constantly changed-
The only thing that stayed largely constant was the Introvert aspect, despite Omnivert being a more correct identifier for myself.

My question to you is why this label matters despite it being one that 100% fluctuates depending on the day
It may just be the neuro-divergence talking, but having just one type of thought process seems… off…

In my experience, it is better to avoid the little box this puts you in, because you will force yourself to conform to those four letters if you decide “this is it, yup.”

My mandatory screening in my senior year of high school said that i should be a gunsmith, and that I lacked the creativity and flexibility to be something else… like the person i currently and have always been.

Basically, yeah…
It’s a question more of why this feels impirtant to you and what you feel it accomplishes

I approach this primarily for enjoyment rather than any other motivation. As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, I resonate with the sentiments you’ve expressed. However, I often struggle to articulate my thoughts on this subject. Personally, I have consistently identified as an INFP since I was five years old and have taken the corresponding personality test numerous times, finding that only once did I receive an INFJ result.
Throughout my life, I have been influenced by external expectations regarding my identity and actions. Discovering this personality framework feels more aligned with my true self. While I recognize that personality types are not absolute, I find that certain aspects, such as the generalization that INFPs have a strong affinity for music, do not apply to me. In fact, I tend to dislike noise and find music to be distracting, a perspective that often differs from those around me.
I believe there is considerable variation within the INFP personality type. For instance, my best friend and I both identify as INFPs, yet we exhibit distinct differences in our preferences and behaviors. I hope this perspective is helpful, even if my ability to explain these concepts is limited.
