Well if anyone cares to know what happened tonmy most recent tester call, basically I had to get rid of it.

I have decidedto remove my pattern to avoid any trouble for myself, so its just better for me to give up.

I may revisit this series at a much later date under a different name (likely?) with different limbs. But I need to be far away from this for a while.

its crazy how people can make jellycats, Disney characters, etc and not be in trouble(not throwing hate to anyone!!!), but you make a food character and gets a lawsuit.

I guess it’s not really my place to get into this but I think a lawsuit is a little too far for a crochet pattern. An idea may just be that…an idea that popped into your creative mind!

I hope you can find a way to cheer yourself up and celebrate a new beginning with this year. Maybe take a break from making designs for others and make something for yourself that you’ve been dying to make! (I say that as I come up with ideas for 1,000,000 more color & name ideas for future penguins as I finish up the one I’m working on​:rofl:)

What I really don’t like is when people make crochet patterns of licensed things from movies, tv shows ,etc. and then say to other crochet artists who copied the same thing, “your copying me” like, you both copied someone ELSE!
