What's your crochet toxic trait?

If I put any of my crochet things down you CAN NOT move it or touch it !!!

I buy a pattern, get annoyed by one tiny little thing I would change, stop following the pattern and spend a month writing my own.

I can all but guarantee the first two steps of any pattern I produce are identical to the pattern that inspired it lol

Mine is definitely starting a new project with I have 6 others I could work on

My crochet toxic trait is if I see something crocheted I say “I can crochet that” but either I never make it or if I make it it comes out deformed

uhh random yapping

BAHAHA reminds me of smth my mom said - @WalktoCrochet i mentioned you to my mom, and my mom told me to crochet a sweater, wear it, and frog it while crocheting an amigurumi using the frogged yarn so i wouldn’t have to carry around a huge skein of yarn while walking and crocheting. and then the sole purpose of making sweaters would be to frog them. then i asked, when would i make the sweaters?? and then crocheting would be purely for doing it and not for the finished product - i would have a cycle of sweater making, with half a sweater on me and the other half be something i was crocheting.

So you use the invisible decrease? Causes way less holes on amigurumi.

Idk!!! I just learned, that I have to yarn over in one stitch, keep that loop on a hook, so I have 2 loops and then do the same again, so I have 3 loops, then turning it into one stitch! Idk what dc it is:sob:

okay sooo! An inv dec is basically taking the front loop only of your first st, then taking the flo of the next st and treating it like a sc!

That isn’t the invisible decrease.
Here’s a link:

The only difference I do is yarn under not yarn over for an even tighter stitch.

Yeaaaa… me too  I also start way too many projects and never finish them :sob:

Edit: aaaand buying way too much yarn no such thing as too much yarn but usually I only buy yarn if I have a project for it that I’m actually gonna do it for commissions or if I’m running low on that yarn
