Hey guys! Among my many(MANY) hobbies is writing! And since I don’t have any social media or such I come here for suggestions! I want to know quirks that you either like reading about or have yourself! One example is Sophie from KOTLC pulling on her eyelashes when she’s nervous!
Also, if your comfortable with it, I would like to know more about your religion and how it directly affects your day to day life. One example of this is, as a Baptist Christian, I have tried to cast away things such as “Oh my God”, (jokingly)”I’m going to kill you!”, or even any form of sarcasm.
And if you have any tropes or other suggestions, let me know!

So I have a lot of pimples on my forehead and I like to run my fingers over them whenever I need to concentrate. I don’t know why, but I like the feel under my hand.
I’m also a Christian, so sometimes I like to think what would be the correct thing for a Christian to do.
I also lose things constantly but find them again almost immediately.

My grandma used to twirl her front locks to the point that the space of stayed straight despite curly hair all over.
I didn’t get diagnosed with AADD until my 50s. I didn’t realize how much stuff my late husband took care until until after he died.
I can concentrate better when there is background noise, I I usually put on Christian lo fi on you tube.
I can keep up with boring parts of crochet by playing a game with myself. So, I’m working on sc/dc same stitch skip St- 300 stitches across. It’s a huge beach blanket made of bulky cotton yarn. Rows are determined by the fact that I keep repeating rows until that yarn is all gone. My goal is 5 rows a week.
I sit down, and do 25 stitches on the beach blanket, then switch to an Amigurumi I am working on. Do the ami till my fingers hurt, back to 25 stitches on the beach blanket and so on. I work better when there is a deadline.
Hopefully You can understand my process based on above description.

i’m a baptist christian and yes thank u for not including ‘oh my god’ i can be super sarcastic. for a book character with that religion, keep the sarcasm down to a minimum. its totally fine.
this post reminds me that i’ve gotta add mannerisms to my characters. i kinda forgot abt that. and yes i write. if u wanna talk abt our books that would be cool!!
