I’m going to be starting a monthly writing contest for fun to see how creative you guys really are! There’s not any restrictions for your creativity except:

  • No inappropriate stuff
  • Obviously needs to fit the theme we pick.
  • Needs to have mostly correct grammar and spelling.

Now, the prize for first place is of course, bragging rights, a custom, and their story will be shared publicly.

And then some sign up rules.

  • You have until the end of August to create a short story.
  • The story has to be at least 500 words, is not required to have chapters, and you are allowed to go a little bit past 20,000 if you want to go that far.

Any other rules will be discussed privately between the chosen participants.

I will be voting by myself. Dw, I’m not biased. I will pay attention details, events, and how smooth the story plays out.

To enter, so I know you read everything, let me know if you’ve ever written a story outside of school! Doesn’t have to be finished but I wanna know ε:

This could be fun~!! I have written SOO many stories outside of school (literally too many to count, I have been writing since like 6th grade-), but have not written a short story in a while.

I want to join, but I don’t know who to tag- my closest friends on here don’t write stories!!!

Yes, I have written may stories outside of school - I started writing stories before the first grade, lol (although they weren’t exactly good)
