OMG, awwwwwwwwww
AWWWW SOOOO CUTEEE š©·š©· (cs)
You should be so very proud - it looks amazing!
And the earrings too!! So talented!
Thank you so much,
Paya is So adorable ,
AWWWWWW :0 thatās too cuteā
Itās not knitting or crocheting, but I tried spinning yarn for the first time!
I was putting it off because I thought it would be really hard, but I love it!
Other than that, I finished weaving in all the ends on one of my dadās Christmas presents!
The bottom word is āeverythingā itās refusing to show properly through the camera lol.
Iām continuing to struggle through the blanket as well of courseā

Only got to work on my dress once this week but itās looking pretty good!
Finished! I made a headband because I usually only make amigurumi, and I really, really like it. I actually have to make two more now because my sisters liked it so much that I have to make them some as well XD
I tend to only make amigurumi, but I do really want to make a sweater.
Soooo adorable
Thank you everyone on behalf of Paya! Had a stressful week last week, my apologies, but today marked its end and I am full of relief and extremely excited to be able to participate more and craft more in general! Getting back to you all tonight, but wanted to share the prompt since Iām a bit late already LOL
Me and Paya thank you for your patience!
It just really depends on the type of projects you like to make, but here are some from various genres I personally enjoyed!
Iām so happy to hear that! Youāre welcome to pop in here anytime you feel like - the more the merrier! <3
Iām really considering making some because I do think theyād be outta this world badadumtsssss. I definitely believe in your sewing abilities - honestly any sort of familiarity with it, even if from awhile ago will serve you well, especially in conjunction with the sewing learned from crochet!
Those are all really fun stitches that add great texture and dimension to projects! Moss stitch is one of my absolute faves too - so simple to execute, but it really adds a lot to a project. I havenāt tried crocodile stitch, but Iām always so intrigued by it! My very first exposure to loop stitch was actually on this project:
and as you can see, I got a lot of practice, hahaha! Thanks for sharing
Hahaha yay! Itās okay if you do one or 50 - you only need to do what you feel compelled to or have the time/energy for! Iām glad they seem fun; I was hoping theyād be kind of different than your standard challenge prompts, but still engaging. Youāve all taken to them so well; Iām grateful for the community response. <3
Thank you all! He really is too precious; he looooves playing and his nickname is chomper cuz heās in his bitey stage, haha. He was so tiny when we took him in and heās growing so much everyday; Iām really pleased.
Thatās so exciting! I LOVE watching spinning videos and seeing what amazing things people create with fiber (I just watched one where they cut up an old wip and added some hand dyed fiber and the result was BEAUTIFUL). Way to go trying something totally new - thatās awesome you had such a good time with it, too!
High five on weaving in all the ends - sometimes thatās the hardest part What AMAZING tapestry work. I feel the message with every fiber of my being, hahaha! Iām sure your dad is going to be thrilled with his gift!
Hey, progress is progress! Thatās a LOT of rows. YOU GOT THIS!
Looking good indeed - every time you update on it I get stoked, haha! How long do you intend for it to be? Like, is it more mini, midi, or maxi length?
Great work this week!
Yay for stepping outside your comfort zone! You did a beautiful job of it; I really like the color you went with, too! Thatās so funny about your sisters, but how cute is it that you all will have this matching accessory? I fully believe in your sweatermaking abilties! They are a longer project, but probably not as long as you think especially if you donāt mind more monotonous/popcorny projects!
Thank you so much!
Do you have more? So sorry I like when people reccomend patterns!
also this weeks prompt sounds really cool! Let me dig in my yarn stash to check what I have :3
Realized I never shared my project from color week, but it was these earrings made with crochet thread and a small hook! Theyāre definitely a statement earring, lol, but I think theyād be a fun addition to the right outfit. I wanted an summer to autumn vibe with the coloring, and I think it turned out decently considering I was using what I had on hand, but I really wished I had a burnt orange in this size yarn. One thing I like about stashbusting is seeing what youāre actually lacking, if that makes sense.
Followed this pattern:
Fun fact: The product photo of the green gold and white cardigan in the pattern above is the only physical crocheted item Iāve ever purchased for myself. I absolutely fell in love with it when I saw it on ribblr for the first time!
Wowowowowow thats so pretty!!
I totally get you; I like it too! Let me peruse my pattern collection a bit further, and Iāll compile some more for you soon! I hope you find a fun yarn to work with!
Thank you! The base pattern makes for gorgeous little floral squares - I honestly donāt think one could go wrong with any number of color combos or applications!
omg sooo cute!!!
Tysm! It helps when you have such a cute pattern to begin with
