Haiiii!!
Soooo I’m finally doing Inktober for the first time this year (I’m required to for my art class at school :’))) but I was wondering if any of u are doing it too!!
Not sure if anyone has posted anything about this, but I thought it could be cool if we all shared our Inktober drawings under this post, because I really like seeing everyone’s drawings hehe :> even if they’re just quick sketches or u don’t like how it turned out, I’d still love to see!!
Oh and I know there are a bunch of other challenges like peachtober, goretober, and a bunch of other stuff so that’s totally welcome here too!
Uhhh I guess that’s all ^^ not sure if this is gonna flop because I’ve heard nobody really likes the Inktober prompts this year
but oh well <33

ik this isnt exaaactly what you’re asking but-
your school has something called INKTOBER??!?!??! no way thats so unfair >:( my school has nothing on october but we have BARVEMBER which SUCKS
we basically go back to elementary and start practicing bar models in maths every day

Hi! I’m doing inktober! I made a post at the beginning of the month and I’ve been updating it daily, but I guess it got buried by other posts. A couple of other people have been sharing their drawings too. I love inktober so much and I’ve been doing it for years so it always makes me happy to see other people doing it! I wish you luck!

It’s not a school thing, just something their school is having them participate in. Inktober was started like 15yrs ago by this guy, and originally it was a nice premise (a list of prompts to encourage art & creativity), but then the dude turned pretty shady, so these days a lot of people avoid the official Inktober and take part in one of the many many alternative ones that people come up with instead.

Yes I’m doing Inktober! My good pen ran out, so I’m kind of taking a break before i can get another one lol, but here are some of the ones I’ve done! And here are the prompts I’ve been following.

Hehe as @monkeyscribbles said, it’s not a school thing, just a world wide art challenge that you can choose to participate in for fun once a year!! (Unless your forced for school bahaha)
