Does anyone else have trouble navigating/using the Ribblr app efficiently or is it just me? :sob::sob: any tips/hacks/comments are appreciated !

Is it just the app you have difficulty navigating or the website as well? Anything specific that you find confusing?

Here’s some helpful links that can help!

Also here’s the links to the testing guidelines, community guidelines, I believe some more links are mentioned in the above post like the Community Wiki, but the help center can also be helpful as well!

I’ve never actually used the website but I’m wondering if it’s more user friendly than the app? I’m not the best with tech I can’t lie but I’ll check out the posts! Thanks so much I think that will help a lot!!

So far, I mainly have problems with going thru the app efficiently (like always reclicking and scrolling back down the community tab since I don’t know how to go back after clicking a post :sob:) or just figuring out things in general. Like I legit just found out you can follow ppl on here

For going back after clicking a post there should be a button on your phone to go back, like a back button, I’m not sure what type of phone you have though so hopefully what I said makes sense! It’s been awhile but I believe there should be a way to watch or do a tutorial that helps navigate the app, but it’s been so long I can’t remember how to take it or what was explained in it  I’ll try to see if I can remember how and let you know!

Edit: Looking through the help center I maned to find this YouTube video, not sure how helpful it’ll be but I hope it helps a bit! Don’t hesitate to ask any questions as well, the Support :hand_with_fingers_splayed: space could also be helpful it’s a space where users post if trying to find out if a feature exists or how to access it, if they have a green checkmark in the title it means the question has been answered! Also serves to mention a potential bug/glitch as well to see if others are having that issue

No problem! I edited my previous message to include a, hopefully, helpful video, also if you happen to have any suggestions you’d think would make the app more easier to navigate feel free to make a post in the Suggestions :raising_hands: space, Ribblr is always looking to improve their app and website so if you have anything you’d think could help don’t hesitate to mention it! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Perfect thank you !

I still feel like I’m clunky using the app. When all else fails, I tap the Ribblr icon to get to a page that has links I know how to use.

But, that being said, I’m on an iPad using the app so I swipe the screen to the right as many times as I need to go backwards through the history of where I’ve been during current session.

That’s totally normal! Our aim is to keep things simple and straightforward but we do have a lot to offer and new innovations with makes it a challenging task  we’re always here to help!
