Iād love it if Ribblr made their own yarn. I do already buy the vast majority of yarn online, almost always on Amazon.
Of course, Iām in Canada (Quebec) so if it would only ship to the US I wouldnāt be able to order it anyway. So yes, shipping to Canada.
Definitely if it could be added to our stash, that would be so useful. Especially if it added itself automatically at checkout. As we paid.
I dont necessarily have a specific type of yarn in mind. I love to try new things so eventually it Iād likely try all the kinds. But the colours are very important. I always choose colors or colour combos I find bright and or beautiful.
If it werenāt too expensive, that could only help.
Also ratings help, if we could rate it after trying. When buying online you donāt get to see or touch the product so I do rely on ratings.
Ribblr yarn would be so awesome!! I love this app so much already! I am very new to this app I downloaded iAdding yarn to buy would be a bonus!! Some chenielle yarn maybe ? I am excited about the possibility of purchasing yarn as well on here!!!
Thanks for sharing!
btw stripe is just a facilitator - the checkout the exists now basically supports any debit/credit card plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. and in some places even more like Klarna, Revolut. Do you need anything else in particular? like PayPal or Venmo etc.
YES!! You should 100% make yarn! If you were to make chenille yarn, I would definitely ask for some brown/greys/and blacks too, I get most of my yarn at Hobby Lobby, however they donāt have any brown chenille yarn and very rarely they have grey.
I think this is an amaing idea. I live in the UK though, so if it could be available online to people in the UK then that would be amazing. In the 3+ years that Iāve been living in the UK, I have not been able to find a shop where I can buy nice yarn. Any thick yarns and chenille yarns Iāve only ever been able to find in color changing yarns (gradients and speckled) and never just solid colors. Iām also very limited on the colors available to buy in store for all yarn in general. Because of this, almost all of the yarn Iāve used for the past 3+ years has been ordered from Temu (and Iām sure you can imagine the quality) because at least I have color and yarn type options on a low income budget.
I also believe quality is very important. Thereās some things that just canāt be made with low quality yarn. However, having a lower quality yarn with a lower price for people on a budget is also a good idea. Good quality is important, but some people need the option of lower quality=lower price because they canāt afford the higher quality yarns. Just something to keep in mindā¦
